Cotolet is a restaurant that specializes in a modern take on Japanese cutlets. We marinate our meat for 24 hours using our special technique to give a tender and juicy taste. Also, we bake our bread and dry it for 3 days to make breadcrumbs for the crispiest texture. 
Based on traditional Japanese cuisine, Cotolet’s dishes feature a blend of modern and fusion speciality with all of our sauces being made in house.
